Customer Service Supervisor - Work from home - Express Scripts at Cigna in Memphis, Tennessee

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Customer Service Supervisor ,you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of a team of representatives whose passion is around Express Scripts' patients' medications using cutting edge technologies and exciting new processes to best address patient needs. What you'll do:


  • Manage a team of representatives to promote a positive working team environment and ensure best practices are shared

  • Assist management with development of programs and process improvements to ensure service metrics are met

  • Develop, coach, and provide feedback to employees concerning quality, reliability, accountability and productivity

  • Engage with other internal teams to ensure patient, prescriber and client satisfaction

  • Plan and direct workflow and project assignments

  • Participate in hiring, training, and supporting new team members

  • Serve as a point of escalation for calls requiring a higher degree of expertise or discretion to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution



What you'll need:

  • High school or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Ability to work required shift of Monday-Friday, 12:00pm - 9:00pm EST

  • 2+ years front line leadership experience preferred

  • PBM and/or Specialty medications industry preferred

  • Excellent communication skills; written and oral

  • Strong computer skills including Outlook and MCS office, especially Excel

  • Demonstrated leadership skills including ability to effectively coach and develop team members

  • Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the leadership team as well as other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations in a professional manner

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment and make independent decisions

This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $45,100 - $75,100, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
