This is a co-op position which requires three alternating rotations (e.g. 1st rotation: summer, 2nd rotation: spring, 3rd rotation: fall).
The DOHA Digital Identity Co-op will support agile Digital Identity Sub Product Owner, Agile Master and Feature Teams for delivery to Product Owner. The co-op will also organize, document, test, develop software, and do lifecycle management of applications, as well as support Jira and Confluence for Feature Team.
The qualified co-op should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:
Support provider transition from old to new operations provider.
Support of requirements collection and clarification for new use cases/functionality of the existing password management, strong authentication and PKI tools.
Software development in JAVA or a similar programming language.
Review technical documentation and migration of content into Confluence as applicable.
Create, maintain, and enhance existing Power BI Dashboards for the team from an operational/KPI standpoint.
Automation of operational tasks using scripts or small program modules (e.g. Java, PowerShell).
Project Team member for internal projects involving tools or processes (Cloud, Confluence/Jira Reporting).
Operational Reporting for team including having an understanding of Excel and Finance.
Create/ establish Product Depot along with continuous improvement process.
Working towards degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Content Management Systems (Atlassian Tool suite knowledge would be useful).
Basic understanding and experience in SQL (knowledge of DBMS like Oracle, Postgres would be useful).
Basic understanding of modern operating systems web application and client/server architecture.
Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management would be useful.
Experience in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
Ability to complete 3 alternating work terms for Co-op positions.
Able to work full-time (40 hours / week).
Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
