As a Project Manager you will…

Enterprise Project Management (65%)


  • Manage full lifecycle responsibility for leading multiple complex programs/projects and cross functional teams. Ensure all components are identified, assigned, and completed across department/division lines.

  • Collect, research, and define project scope & requirements specifications for program/project and communicate to appropriate technical and functional groups.

  • Analyze policies, processes, and performance requirements for project / program success.

  • Coordinate project schedules including participation in meetings, documentation, tracking action items for project success.

  • Ensure the implementation and further development of project methodology, management tools and techniques across all project activities. 

  • Identify impacts to personnel, systems, processes, and membership. Anticipate bottlenecks, identify, and solve project blockers, and know when to escalate to keep projects and process development moving forward.

  • Develop key results and measurements of success that clearly tie back to the project’s purpose.  

  • Navigate ambiguous situations and facilitate tradeoffs as appropriate to balance the business needs versus creative constraints.

Enterprise Project Communication (25%)


  • Clearly identify and communicate the “why” behind projects and their outcomes.  Provide focus to discussions and outcomes that time back to our purpose culture.  

  • Facilitate communication between project teams, and effectively communicate plans, progress, and status with all stakeholders. 

  • Bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams, to foster an environment of teamwork. Consistently communicate inclusion and value for their varied contributions. 

  • Prepare and presents reports and briefings to various organizations & individuals including executive management.

Consultation and Organizational Planning (10%): 


  • Participate on various committees and task forces to ensure consideration of program needs and to determine and provide information regarding proposed projects involving department.

  • Collect, research, analyze, define user requirement specifications for program/project and communicates to appropriate technical groups.

  • Participate in systems design meetings, as appropriate.


Our Enterprise Project Management Office team is close knit, positive, and supportive. They are excellent planners and communicators leading successful project implementation across the credit union. The team is looking for a Project Manager that enjoys working with stake holders across all levels of the organization. Our ideal candidate will bring to the team…


  • 5 years of experience in project management.

  • Information technology project experience is a plus.

  • Financial institution/services experience a plus.

  • Agile and/or scrum methodology experience.

  • Demonstrated knowledge in examining and understanding business implications preferred.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Management, Information Technology or related field preferred.

  • Six Sigma and/or Project Management certification preferred.

  • Experience with Data Management projects is a plus.

Your compensation:

$90,400.00 – $113,000.00 Annually - Depending on experience.
