Senior eCommerce IT Product Manager

As such, this digital product manager position will have significant responsibility to shape, and define the digital product roadmap to drive business growth with a focus on customer engagement and loyalty. This role would be engaged in working with the key marketing leadership in B2B and B2C markets to define and drive strategic outcomes and strategies. This role is responsible for defining product epics and feature roadmap for 12 to 36 months.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7 years of technology experience, in IT. 5 years of experience in a eCommerce product management.


• 3 years of experience using agile methodology.


• Previous experience in B2B and/or B2C product management.


• Experience with eCommerce companies like Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Chewy etc.


• Previous experience PIM, eComm platforms would be plus.


• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Elanco Animal Health does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with eCommerce marketing & sales leaders to define digital product needs. Establish product OKRs.


• Lead and facilitate workshops with commercial teams to identify solutions for business problems.


• Build product backlog with revenue generating ideas and features. Work closely with brand managers and eCommerce team to roll out features and drive traction.


• Work with agile IT delivery leads to deliver features aligned to product roadmap. Break product features into epics and work closely with delivery PO to build a backlog.


• Manage annual expense and capital budget that is aligned with business partners for Investment into the product portfolio.


• Identify opportunities within emerging trends in eCommerce technology stack & champion them within organization to embed them into eCommerce product portfolio.


• Establish appropriate service levels and the processes to ensure that KPIs are met.


• Champion new ideas, innovation to creatively solve business problems.
