What you will do

Come be a part of our Global Security Product Group at Johnson Controls where you will learn about the newest products, technologies, and customer solutions within our global access control video surveillance products. This is a great opportuntiy for a QA Lead ready for the next step in their career, or perhaps a Manager looking to join an innovative company where we put our people first! 

How you will do it

• The QA Systems Manager will be based out of our Global Security Product facility located in Westford, MA. They will be responsible for managing the team and overall expectations pertaining to setting accurate schedules, costs and resources


• Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner. Must have desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.


• Ensures delivery against System Teams goals and objectives, i.e meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance schedule.


• Provides necessary definition, development and deployment of product quality, assurance strategy, addressing all phases of product development.


• Directly supervises quality assurance engineers and testers including the preparation and delivery of staff performance evaluations and career development activities.


• Characterizes system performance.


• System scaling.


• Environment configurations (network, domains).


• Cloud testing.


• Automation tools – C#, Appium WinDriver, JavaScript, Selenium.

What you will need

Required

• 7+ year’s experience in Quality Assurance.


• 3+ years in a managerial/lead role.


• BS in Computer Science.
