Job Description:

The Operations Excellence Specialist will complete compliance submissions for all projects and strategic initiatives and compliance, risk or audit findings as delegated. They will also respond to QC and Monitoring findings on behalf of all Operations Excellence departments, as well as gather and submit findings for processing, underwriting and closing.

Projects and Strategic Initiatives

• Create and submit compliance submissions to WTFC on behalf of projects for approval


• Create and submit all Encompass release items to WTFC compliance for approval

Research & Responses

• Acts as liaison between Mortgage Operations, Quality, Audit and Compliance departments


• Drafts communication responses for all Mortgage Operations departments for Audit, Compliance, Quality Control and Monitoring findings.

Ad Hoc

• Research compliance and audit related items as needed for special projects

Experience

• 3-5 years of related experience. Previous underwriting and/or processing experience is preferred. Ability to interpret laws, rules and regulations. Ability to maintain records, prepare reports and correspondence related to work. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Knowledge of Encompass is a plus.
