This program will begin in June 2022.

The Sales and Operations Development Program is a dynamic, intensive program designed to educate, train and develop skills in emerging talent to invigorate our workforce and support your success in establishing your career! You will get hands on experience in every aspect of our business through on-the-job, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips. This rotational program includes exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the Sonepar USA and our Operating Companies’ business philosophy. At the conclusion of this dynamic program, you will have the unique opportunity to present to our Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives. The core rotations of this program are:

• Warehouse/Logistics


• Inside Sales/Counter/Storeroom


• Projects & Quotations


• Marketing/Digital Solutions


• Sales/E-Commerce/Specialty

In addition to your rotations, you will also experience:

• Team-Building activities with fellow trainees


• All-expense paid travel to different company locations in fun places


• Enhanced understanding of our business through specialized training

Basic Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree is highly preferred


• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred


• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude


• Outstanding verbal and written communication and skills


• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills


• Ability to multi-task, be flexible and adapt to change
