We are seeking an IT Specialist for the Information Technology Department.
Reporting to the IT Specialist Manager, this key role is responsible for the technical support and resolution of issues and requests. The Information Technology (IT) Specialist is accountable for working with other IT Specialists and other IT staff as well as business units to provide timely and effective issue resolution and internal business users request fulfillment. The Information Technology (IT) Specialist Provides knowledge and expertise in a broad spectrum of technologies including Desktop software like Outlook, Microsoft Office, Adobe, VOIP phone software, PC hosted software, clients for server-based software, and cloud software. Knowledge and expertise are also required for supporting desktop systems hardware like PCs, headsets, PC peripherals, and vendor-provided business devices connected to our network.
