A large, non-profit medical center in Southern California is hiring for a Nurse Director to work within their Maternal Child Health Service Line as the Postpartum Mother Baby Unit RN Director. The advanced family birthing center at this 800-bed hospital system is supported with tenured staff, advanced medical technologies and healthcare professionals that enjoy working in this family-centered department.  

The RN Director Mother Baby will work cohesively with other experienced Clinical Operations Directors in the Labor and Delivery and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This hospital is outfitted with private maternity rooms for families to feel comfortable during delivery and postpartum. Moreover, the advanced Level IV NICU is available for newborns and neonates needing additional support. Maternal-fetal medicine specialists, OB hospitalists and neonatologists are on‐site 24/7. The advanced family birth center team cares for high-risk pregnancies.
