Healthcare Business Analyst

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or other relevant field (Required). Advanced Degree in Business.


• Min 5+ years of experience in core BA roles with ability to lead a team of business analysts.


• Minimum 3+ years of Healthcare experience.


• Understand Aetna claim process flow, including EWM, MEA, Data Warehouse etc. 


• Understand Batch processing


• Soft skills: Good communication skills and being assertive is preferred.
