The Market Business Analyst will support environmental intelligence and market research projects and activities for the organization, supporting important cross-organizational initiatives and the organization’s strategic plan. Reporting to the head of environmental intelligence, this position will perform a variety of analytical and interpretive functions to provide accurate, useful, relevant, and actionable insights into strategic organizational initiatives.  


The successful candidate will be responsible for two primary areas:



  • Data Analysis in support of ACR Strategic Planning and Enterprise initiatives:


    • Analyze and interpret data from various environmental intelligence sources, including primary market research and surveys to support identified ACR strategic priorities and programs




    • Support impact assessment of health industry on the radiology market and on ACR’s operating and strategic planning options




    • Support scoreboard KPI development and tracking for key strategic plan programs and enterprise projects


      Maintain data and datasets repositories for Environmental Intelligence



  • Data management to enhance access and transparency:


    • Work with OSPBE and program leaders/teams, helping to establish market Intelligence needs, based on the most critical needs/information gaps, time requirements, and resources available




    • Work with Environmental Intelligence leader to provide data management best practices to the variety of typical market analytics and research studies:  helping to manage the implementation of research and the analysis of research data; and managing the accessibility of information via a variety of communication vehicles





Qualifications:



  • Bachelor of Arts/Science

  • 3+ years of experience in business-to-business and/or non-profit market/data analysis and analytics

  • Healthcare / Medical industry experience desired; exposure to member associations/non-profit/NGO organizations preferred


  • Capabilities should include analytic and data management, market analysis and project management skills, and good verbal and written communication skills 




  • Competency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required




  • Database management, Tableau knowledge is desirable



 


This is a Remote Primary/Hybrid role.  We are looking for a candidate that lives within a commutable distance to our Reston, VA headquarters who can come into the office as needed once access to the office is reopened.   Qualified candidates must have reliable internet service.
