The Recruiter II will be a key member of a team that works strategically with hiring leaders throughout their alignment to attract, identify, and hire excellent talent for on the leaders in healthcare. Within this opportunity the Recruiter II will lead and manager multiple positions as well as small to large scale hiring initiatives for Humana's high volume engagements. Develop recruiting strategies including market, industry and labor data to consult hiring leaders & create a competitive advantage to attract talent needed.
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and engagement approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations.

The Recruiter 2 VSP refers applicants to particular position openings, administers pre-employment tests, checks references, and conducts exit interviews. Assists with employment advertising and other related duties. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics driven environment
1+ years of experience managing high volume hiring initiatives
Experience managing & prioritizing staffing needs, projects, and client relationships
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Strong adaptability to work in a fast paced environment and align with business need
Strong team player and flexible to work cross functionally between multiple teams
Strong emotional intelligence to work through problematic scenarios
Highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is require
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics driven environment
2+ years of experience managing high volume hiring initiatives
Prior recruiting experience within both corporate and agency recruitment environments
Prior experience utilizing multiple recruiting tools and systems preferably Workday ATS, Modern Hire, and Symphony Talent CRM
Interview Format: Video Interviews: As part of our hiring process, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology provided by ModernHire, a third-party vendor.
As a work at home (WAH) position, Humana will be deploying virtual and video technologies for all hiring activities. Requirements include access to a personal computing device with a camera, a minimum internet connection speed of 10m x 1m, and a dedicated secure home workspace for interview or work purposes.
