A dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills as a SharePoint Architect with Power App experience specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This individual will support program needs across finance and human capital teams to build tools that can support and automate processes around license management, resource onboarding, HW/SW procurements and related processes. More specifically, this individual will work with financial and business analysts along with government stakeholders to comprehend analytical needs, analyze data, develop applications, provide interactive dashboards, and incorporate automation where necessary to help aid our government client with utilizing technology to make actionable decisions. This individual will be a technical expert responsible for accomplishing the duties described and should possess all the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to do so.

Minimum Qualifications: 


  • Bachelor’s degree  (Preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Business  - 5 years of related field experience may substitute for degree)

  • Ability to gather/analyze data and capture/interpret requirements from users

  • Experience planning, developing & designing complex data management systems/platforms, incorporating multiple entity relationships

  • Experience with SharePoint & SharePoint Development

  • Capable of developing and documenting a modern data architecture and entity relationship diagrams

  • Capable of building, managing, and updating relational database with role-based security, multiple points of data entry, workflow/data-approval management, reporting and dashboard functionality

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

  • Experience with automating relationships/processes between and within MS Excel, MS Access, MS Power App and MS Power Bi/Tableau

  • Ability to understand and implement best practices in management of data; including master data, reference data, metadata, and data quality

  • Experience with extracting/uploading data from industry standard database systems

  • Experience integrating backend (databases) with frontend (visualization platforms)

  • Support regular ad-hoc data querying, analysis, and reporting

  • Ability to make and communicate recommendations for project requirements

  • Ability to take on multiple tasks and responsibilities in a complex environment with changing requirements

  • Strong communication skills: written and verbal – must be able to communicate effectively to various audiences (technical and non-technical, including various levels of management) in a professional environment

  • Strong organizational and self-management skills, willing to take initiative and follow through

  • Ability to work in a team environment – establish and maintain relationships within and across groups

  • Strong analytical problem solving and conceptual skills

  • Active Secret clearance

  • You must be able to meet all health requirements, including but not limited to, current and future vaccination requirements for infectious diseases such as COVID-19

 

Desired Qualifications:  


  • Experience building financial related applications is a plus

  • Experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep Builder

  • Knowledge of Tableau and/or PowerBI best practices in performance tuning and user-centric design

  • Experience with Splunk

  • Experience with Alteryx

  • Experience with MS Access, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Azure Managed Databases, or industry standard databases

  • Experience with O365 and how tools work together such as MS Power Platform, Tableau and MS SharePoint

  • Experience with Programming/Scripting Languages (No specific language required but ability to use programming experience for automation taskers)

  • Experience working with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum)
