HPE is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team analyzing the story behind the P&L numbers. Dissect order and shipment data and isolate for mix shifts across products, customer base and geography to explain what factors really drive the trends. Learn to analyze historical data, forecast the future and communicate your conclusions in a clear manner.

Responsibilities:

• Provides moderately complex financial analysis that is either transactional or analytical for a financial function or a business.


• Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to actively ensure financial analysis needs are met.


• Handles more complex business issues.


• Provides analytics to business initiatives.


• Develops a deeper understanding of the company's financial processes and a detailed knowledge of the business.

Education and Experience Required:

• BS Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or similar


• 2+ years of experience within an analytical role with a strong background working with excel data

Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic understanding of accounting processes and principles.


• Good analytical skills.


• Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).


• Good communication skills.


• Good teamwork skills.
