Job Description:

We are looking for a Program Manager, Business Planning & Licensing that is excited to work in business planning for the entire product portfolio of testing tools for large enterprises and Fortune 500 companies.  You’ll be free to innovate in a team-oriented environment with open and international minded people that care deeply about our products.  Tricentis is the #1 leader in test automation, has a Global Presence in Austria, Australia, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, India, Netherlands, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, United States, and the UK.

Responsibilities:
•    Help lead business planning and licensing for the entire product portfolio
•    Be the subject matter expert in business planning
•    Be a committed member of your agile team
•    Research the right problems to solve, and test/confirm hypothesized solutions
•    Translate solutions into easily digestible projects
•    Lead delivery of solutions in sync with the company vision and strategy
•    Work closely with other R&D roles, teams and with other business units
•    Convey product value, training & guidance to internal and external audiences
•    Coordinate go-to-market activities, while understanding market needs
•    Working with Partner and technical Software vendors

Requirements:
•    Higher education degree, or equivalent experience
•    7+ years of Business planning experience primarily in software industry. Experience with SaaS is a plus.
•    Solid understanding of SDLC and Software Testing Life Cycle
•    Proven experience working as a PO in agile environments
•    Understanding of modern DevOps practices is a plus
•    Technical skills would be an advantage
•    Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written)
•    Open, transparent and collaborative team player
•    Creative, forward and international thinking
•    Hands-on attitude
