ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the supervision of the Lead Revenue Auditor, the incumbent performs daily racing & casino revenue audits and ensures the accurate recording of all revenue. Revenue Audit Clerk provides excellent customer service to employees and vendors in all situations. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Indiana Grand Racing & Casino policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and Indiana Gaming Regulations. Other duties as assigned by management.

QUALFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail desired. Must possess ability to handle non-standard situations where some judgment must be exercised. Must possess ability to learn all daily revenue audits and assist in training team members. Must be able to interact effectively with team members and other departments. Must possess strong computer skills including Excel spreadsheets. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to obtain an Indiana Gaming License and Indiana Horse Racing License. Must possess good interpersonal skills. Be available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.

This position has access to the sensitive keys for the duplicate key cabinet, whiz machine key (both locks), cashier's bag, cage toke box, front window stations, kiosk outside door key/ lock bar key, kiosk cassette key, kiosk cash box, and cap key.

ACCESS TO GAMING FLOOR

Access to general gaming floor.
