The CSOC Vulnerability Management team has an open role for the ideal candidate looking to grow their career and skills! Our growing team is looking for a cyber security professional with 2-5 years’ experience in vulnerability management.
Our team is seeking a driven individual to join us who also possesses a high degree of initiative, motivation, and problem-solving skills along with the ability to support and liaison with business data owners.
You should be familiar with network and network-based scanning, network and internet protocols, devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, etc. You should have a foundational understanding of technology stacks such as VMWare, F5 devices, NAS/SANS and various middleware and appliances.
This position will focus primarily on vulnerability management of our externally facing network. This requires addressing issues arising from scanning and reporting, tracking of vulnerabilities and escalations as well as maintenance of inventory and streamlining/automating where possible.
This role will also be involved as backup in supporting our tools, platform and technologies used by the team as well as tracking and reporting of specific infrastructure related vulnerabilities with the various support teams.
This role will support implementation and operations best practices while taking ownership of tasks. You will be required to perform analysis and diagnosis of vulnerabilities related to configuration, setup, procedural and/or process challenges, and contribute to deliverables to secure our external environment and key infrastructure products.
