Job Information



Interface with Sourcing Managers, Strategic Sourcing, Tactical Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Supplier Development, NPD sourcing and Suppliers to identify, understand, consolidate and communicate the Sourcing requirements to ensure effective supply chain execution. Provide standard processes, training and tools for efficient supply chain governance. Reinforce and professionalize Doosan Bobcat's strategic and operational sourcing processes.




Role & Responsibility



Operational Performance

• Define, build, & implement training for business tools, metrics, & contracts for the Supply Chain function.


• Create, document & maintain sourcing processes (SOP's, training documentation & reporting templates).


• Coordinate & lead training on sourcing processes.


• Monitor industry best practices.

Business Development

• Maintain & develop training tools to improve supply chain functionality.


• Develop common training between operating units.


• Implement & develop training material for Maintain Supplier Relationship Tool.

Talent Management

• Develop & deliver training plans.


• Administer sourcing training programs such as Global Sourcing Academy, ERP administration, Doosan Global Sourcing System and related standard work.
  

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.


• Prior experience in project management, training, supply chain.


• 5+ years of supply chain experience.


• Knowledge of economics and financials.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Passion for excellence.


• 10 - 24 % travel.
