Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the Material Planning and Logistics organization by performing analysis on current processes and data to identify areas for improvement
• Short-term project lead and executor for new transportation projects, container management projects
• Development of standardized training plans for the Logistics department based on communication with shop floor personnel
• Support analysis of transportation and freight costs; identify potentials for freight lane improvements
• Identifying gaps in current MP&L processes and execution within the manufacturing environment
• Develop a material handling / tugger route plan for high volume production segment

Your Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Administration
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite products - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
• Ability to learn ERP / MRP systems
• Willingness to learn and become a valuable team member in a short time frame
