Description: Our client is currently seeking a Security Engineer - III


JOB TITLE: Google Cloud Engineer


We need an experienced developer/ automation using python programming language. No DevOPs/DevSecOPs. Must have exposure to google Cloud and automating tasks using GCP cloud functions


The Cloud Engineering and Governance organization is searching for a motivated, positive self-starter Cloud Automation Engineer to lead and deliver on projects with high visibility within Global Technology Organization. The incumbent will need to participate in the design of service automation in the cloud towards Infrastructure-as-code. He / she will provide software delivery and cloud governance support, including coding and scripting, automated build and deployment processing, agile deployment, and process reengineering. This position requires the acumen to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities.


MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):


Four or more years experience with Google Cloud Platform


Four or more years of DevSecOps experience or infrastructure experience.


Python, Django, HTML, jQuery, Bash scripting experience.


SDK and CLI experience.


JSON/CloudFormation & Terraform experience.


Linux and Windows System Administration experience.


Cloud Networking and Security Experience with JIRA, Jenkins, Ansible, GIT, Confluence.


Basic DB and SQL experience


DESIRED SKILLS:


System and Cloud Administration and Ops Skills.


AWS Certified Solution Architect, Devops Engineer or Security Specialty Certifications


Ability to understand Architecture patterns & knowledge of Well Architected Frameworks.


Strong Development experience with Python, Shell Scripting & boto3


Excellent DevOps skills in using a wide variety of tools, frameworks, platforms and automation


Experience for automating cloud operational tasks by writing policies, scripts and jobs.


Development experience with MySQL tables, procedures and functions.
