The Position

The Vice President, Customer Care (responsible for the Overhead Door Ribbon brand and the Wayne-Dalton brand) oversees and directs a network of customer care professionals nationwide for our Access Systems Division.  Works with the senior leadership team to develop the strategy and business model for the most effective and efficient use of the customer care professionals.  Drives plans to fulfill the growth and customer care objectives of the organization.
