• Current CA state license is a plus

The Practice - A Dual System

St. Mary's Health Center - Apple Valley, California

St. Mary's Health Center - Adelanto, California

• Vituity is about transforming care for the patients it serves, and this service will make an impact on patient lives in these Federally Qualified Health Centers
• Must be willing to work between the two sites located in Apple Valley and Adelanto
• Must be able to see all ages including newborn care through geriatrics. No OB but there is women's health
• There is the ability to refer patients to other specialties within the medical community network
• Hours of operation at 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Current scheduling will be Monday to Thursday
• If you wish to expand your scope of practice, you are welcome to pick up shifts at Vituity's Urgent cares within the local community
