Intelgica, Inc. is hiring a Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist in the following area(s): Frisco, TX.

Who We’re Looking For:
Intelgica is looking for a Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our growing team in Frisco, TX. In this position, you will work on all aspects of marketing including internal communications, company culture, events, creative direction, social media and brand development.

In this role you will be in charge of crafting effective marketing campaigns to win new clients, attract prospective employees, and keep employees engaged. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex initiatives into easily digestible updates, and experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans. 
 

What You'll Do:

• Work with our graphic designers to create and deliver marketing material to support company growth


• Create, distribute and track marketing campaigns via our website, social media and internal content


• Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ and potential employees’ queries


• Organize and manage marketing collateral and promotional items. This includes proactive ideation, ordering, distribution and inventory management


• Manage experience, logistics and design of internal team building activities and company events


• Manage industry events: coordinating the design of event space and executing on logistics


• Liaison with the various teams and markets, encourage collaboration and boost internal communication and company culture

The Qualities You Possess: 

• 3 - 5 years of marketing experience, preferably B2B


• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR or Journalism preferred


• Highly organized, methodical and detail-oriented


• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint


• Basic proficiency with HTML


• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred


• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills


• Collaborative team player


• Highly adaptable to constructive feedback


• Excellent time management skills within a highly charged, fast-paced environment
