Job Description:

Location: Liberty, NY

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Call Center Representative who will coordinate several operations for their company. They will have direct relations with clients, employees, and vendors.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, place return phone calls

  • Handle email correspondence

  • Schedule appointments with clients.

  • Handle of customers (end consumer) and clients' complaints or questions.

  • Act as a link between the company and clients.

  • Create methods to improve customer service and client relationships.

  • Customer service

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, especially in dealing with clients.

  • Active listening and interpersonal skills are important.

  • 3+ years of related experience

  • High proficiency with the Microsoft Office

  • High school diploma or GED
