If so, Guardian is seeking a Leader to manage our Group enrollment and eligibility teams.

You are

A self-starter who is fueled by collaboration and operational excellence, able to transform conceptual thinking into executable insights who thrives in partnering across the company to improve the employee and customer experience.


    You will

    • Lead the Enrollment teams that process our customer's eligibility changes

    • Collaborate across teams to deliver excellent customer service

    • Understand current market trends to evolve the processing of work

    • Develop and manage team members

    • Set department and team objectives aligned with strategic goals

    • Manage and monitor department service levels and financial targets


    Reporting Relationships

    As our Manager, Processing & Policyholder Services, you will report to our Head of Core Market Operations, who reports to our Head of Enterprise Operations and Service.You have


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

    • Experience managing or leading an operations team in the Group Insurance space

    • Knowledgeable of group insurance eligibility rules and experience dealing with electronic eligibility

    • An aptitude for working with and leading others

    • The ability to accelerate impact and lead change by being courageous.

    • A focus on the customer and a desire to improve their experience.


    Location & Vaccination Requirements - Vaccination Required
    • The primary location for this position is On-Campus Appleton or Bethlehem.
    • Covid - 19 vaccinations required for this position.

    Any offer of employment will be contingent upon the candidate's affirmation of being Full Vaccinated prior to commencing employment in the new role. New hires will have five business days from their start date to provide proof of vaccination through our Vaccination Status Confirmation Form. "Fully Vaccinated" means that at least two weeks have elapsed since you received the recommended number of doses of any COVID-19 vaccine that is currently fully approved, or authorized for emergency use, by the Food and Drug Administration or that have been listed for emergency use by the World Health Organization.
