Nordson MEDICAL designs, engineers and manufactures complex devices and components with applications in wound healing, surgical and minimally invasive, fluid management, pulmonology and interventional and structural heart. Our pioneering Advanced Polymers team was the first to manufacture and supply medical balloons to the medical device industry. Nordson MEDICAL works with doctors, start-ups and large medical companies around the world at any point in the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.



Essential Job Duties and
Responsibilities



  • Electronic systems sub-administrator

  • Lead Lean QMS project to eliminate paper documents and reduce documentation process costs

  • Maintain Master Document List

  • Maintain Master Controlled Document files

  • Maintenance of QMS External Standards

  • Maintain QMS Periodic Review

  • Create and import PDF files for External Documents.

  • Issue new Controlled Document Numbers

  • Revise Controlled Documents

  • Create and maintain customer specification files.

  • ECR Coordinator - track, follow-up, and closure of open ECRs

  • Maintain Internal Training Matrixes

  • Create Training/Retraining Records

  • Pull lot history records upon request from Archives for QC/QE

  • Scanning and Filing Records

  • Verifying Quality Records prior to shredding

  • Train and Manage contract document personnel

  • Perform other duties as required/assigned






Education and Experience Requirements



  • Associates Degree (or higher) or High School Diploma and 2+years of experience in Document Control and electronic document systems






Skills and
Abilities



  • GMP / GDP (preferred)

  • Attention to Detail

  • Good writing skills

  • Planning and Time Management

  • Microsoft WORD, Excel & PowerPoint
