Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Dining Room Manager to join our Senior Living Team. This position is responsible for supervising the dining room staff, and providing the residents with a five-star, luxurious dining experience. Your ability to lead a team which exemplifies and promotes the highest standards of excellence, and commitment to service is a must. The Dining Room Manager is organized, caring, and flexible in order to provide a luxurious and sophisticated dining experience. The Dining Room Manager must have an unparalleled passion for service in order to display a commitment of excellence that interprets the All Seaons vision and brand.

Key Functions

Ensure that that all prospects, residents and family members have a first-class, five-star experience with dining

Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu to accurately and completely describe dining options to residents and guests

Responsible for the hiring of team members, and providing continuous learning and development of their team

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

3 years’ experience in the industry preferred

Excellent customer service skills

Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment

Able to work flexible schedule
