Sales Counselor - Senior Living at Oakland Management Corp in Naples, Florida

Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Sales Counselor to join our Senior Living Team. This position is responsible for achieving and maintaining occupancy goals of the community. The right person will have excellent customer service and leadership skills. The Sales Counselor is organized and self-motivated. Above all else; the Sales Counselor must have an unparalleled passion for service in order to display a commitment of excellence that interprets the All Seasons vision and brand.

Key Functions

Assists in the organization and preparation of move-in, renewals and the move-out of our residents to ensure that the process is a positive experience

Successfully manage and foster relationships with third party referral companies/businesses.

Assists in resolution of resident concerns while always exhibiting excellent customer service

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

One-year experience in a related field preferred

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent organization skills, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
