Senior Project Manager / Client Relationship Manager

PSI, an Intertek company, is searching for a Senior Project Manager / Client Relationship Manager to join our Building & Constructionteam in our Kennesaw, GA office. The Senior Project Manager / Client Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for client relations and project management related to commercial real estate investment and real estate financing due diligence projects and programs for National Accounts. This position reports to the National Client Manager / National Practice Leader for Commercial Real Estate Due Diligence.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as a primary Relationship Manager focused on, but not necessarily exclusive to, commercial real estate investment firms and lenders that have regional to national perspectives
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with Intertek operations nationally
  • Identify and evaluate potential new clients and take a leadership role in selling Intertek services to vetted potential clients
  • Assist with development of client-specific service and growth action plans
  • Evaluate and respond to client feed-back and satisfaction
  • Regularly review market and market sector conditions to adjust sales and marketing focus as needed
  • Review pricing of services
  • Advise and assist with in the development of quality marketing materials
  • Perform other duties as required

What it takes to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelors' Degree required, preferably in Environmental, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field
  • 5 or more years of consultative project management experience in commercial real estate investment and finance due diligence and/or advisory services related to Environmental and Property Condition Assessment and consulting

    • Experience in the Consulting Industry is preferred
  • Proficient in project management, client communication, and change management
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and operations leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to deliver high quality proposals to prospects and clients both virtually and in person
  • Must possess the fundamental technical and administrative skills required to perform the job duties
  • Must be detailed-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time management
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal, written, and presentation formats
  • Be aware of, and adhere to, safety practices and policies to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of others who may be affected by your actions at work
  • Must be customer focused and quality driven

  • Ability to travel as business needs dictate, up to 15% of the time
