Responsibilities

• Generates extensive, complex project plans that convey key activities, timelines, and resource requirements necessary to achieve project objectives


• Drives the development and implementation of new Project Management procedures and standards within NPI


• Manages a variety of projects simultaneously that can vary in complexity, length, budget, number of resources, etc.


• Mentors other project managers in project standards and methodologies


• Identifies knowledge gaps and proposes training opportunities for NPI Project Management team


• Seasoned professional with full understanding of multiple project management methodologies and how best to apply them in real-world scenarios


• Excellent competency with tools, procedures


• Provide innovative solutions to highly complex problems


• Leads and manages highly complex projects


• Is a strategic leader across F5

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Highly skilled with project management practices and tools, with a minimum of 7 years of full lifecycle project management


• Expert leadership, organizational, analytical, and execution skills


• Proven ability to manage a variety of business, technical, and vendor resources


• Advanced written & verbal communication


• Outstanding interpersonal skills and collaborative work style


• Confirmed demonstration of initiative and ability to advance projects while handling multiple initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience


• 10+ years of related experience


• 7+ years of focused project management experience using a structured methodology.


• Proficient in MS Project Professional, MS Project Server experience is a plus.


• PMP certification required.
