Position Summary

As Associate or Sr. Analyst at Broadshore Capital Partners, you will work closely with senior managers across all aspects of the business including finance, accounting, originations, investor relations, and corporate communications. We are seeking a bright, motivated, engaged individual who is interested in helping to optimize performance across our organization. The role will include significant financial analysis and require strong communication and collaboration with individuals across the organization.

You Will


  • Operate as a strategic partner to the CEO/COO to help optimize performance across the organization.

  • Work closely with the CFO/COO to improve corporate financial modeling/forecasting to support Broadshore's budgeting and forecasting process.

  • Interact regularly with senior executives to craft cohesive communications to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Compile and analyze data to assist senior management in communication with investors, prospective investors, and the Board of Directors.

  • Able to translate complex ideas and dispersed information into simple, straightforward reports.

  • Create, review, and distribute engaging and insightful presentation content regarding the firm's investment activities.

  • Manage and maintain content on the Broadshore company website and social media.

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of quarterly reports to Broadshore's Board of Directors.

  • Perform special ad hoc projects and analyses on a frequent basis.

  • Operate in a team-oriented environment to help drive the performance of the Company.


Reporting Relationships

As our Associate / Sr. Analyst - Corporate, you will report to our Managing Director, who reports to our CEO.You have


  • A passion for real estate and investing, and a strong desire to contribute to the team's success.

  • One to three years of experience in real estate, investment management, consulting, or investment banking.

  • Real Estate and/or finance experience preferred.

  • Strong financial and analytical skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization, and represent the Firm in a professional manner.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to simultaneously manage competing priorities, including long-term projects and ad-hoc requests.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Professional maturity and the ability to handle extremely sensitive and/or confidential information.

  • Experience working in a team environment.

  • Willingness to travel.


Location & Vaccination Requirements

  • The primary location for this position is Broadshore in Los Angeles, CA with work from home flexibility

  • Covid - 19 vaccinations required for this position.
