About the Role


  • The Director will be responsible for building and driving the strategy, roadmap, and on-going management of product launches, business readiness, and client migrations for online banking.

  • The role will collaborate with other product managers and various cross-functional/business partner teams to define, build and execute Go-to-Market plans.

  • The Director will own the migration strategy and market launch for this channel. He/she will partner with product managers to review client segment needs, identify product capabilities, and map selection criteria to ensure both internal and external client needs are met within channel delivery phases.

  • This role will partner with our Product, Training, & Communications partners to develop and implement an effective, well thought out training and communications strategy for the transition and ongoing platform releases.

  • The ideal candidate for this role will possess a broad cash management background, be well-versed in client segmentation analysis, be data driven, and have experience with product launch and migration approaches.

  • This role will require strong influencing and negotiating skills across all levels in the organization.

The right person thrives in a high performance and fast-paced environment, working with a world class organization of Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Customer Support Agents, Sales Associates, Marketing Analysts and Clients to ensure smooth migrations and adoption of this channel.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Define Product migration strategies and detailed plans, own KPIs to measure effectiveness, and lead the execution of client movement, adoption, issue resolution

  • Monitor migration feedback to drive better strategies and migration wave plans

  • Partner with Product Managers, Technology, Marketing, Customer Sales, Customer Support and Training to oversee the work of business readiness and successful migration of clients

  • Manage data analysis related to client product usage and mapping to product delivery roadmaps


What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor's Degree with business or major that requires structured problem solving

  • ~ 10 years of Product Management/Go To Market experience ideally in Banking/Financial Services

  • ~5 years' experience in client migration planning and execution

  • Demonstrated experience in leading high performing teams, action-oriented and ability to inspire cross functional teams

  • Solid executive presence and ability to manage across all levels in the organization

  • Solid grasp of market dynamics in the subject areas and keen ability to assimilate and deploy the best practices

  • Strong vendor management skills

  • Strong Agile Practitioner well versed in Agile routines, familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards

  • Solid relationship-building skills to ensure a strong working relationship with all key business partners and stakeholders

  • Ability to break down problems into actionable next steps with appropriate business and technology teams for ultimate resolution

  • Process optimization experience a plus
