JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for the supervision and direction of the dining room and all dining room staff.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:•\tWill work closely with upper management and co-managers to insure all new products, training methods, policies and procedures are included in current and future training programs.•\tWill be involved in the development of new handbooks and training manuals. •\tWill have knowledge of dining room fundamentals. •\tBasic knowledge of food, liquor, beer and wine as associated with casual dining establishment. •\tWill have the ability to communicate verbally and through written documents to staff, co-managers and upper management.•\tResponsible for handling guests in all situations maintaining a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor at all times.•\tAll other duties as assigned.
