Work within a team environment ensuring the daily operations of the Renewal Parts business.
Assist Customers and Sales with product identification and parts selection. Provide project quotes for current and obsolete renewal parts.
Work closely with Lifecycle Solutions to provide parts for repair orders and to offer additional support as needed.
Source quotes on obsolete or custom parts from external vendors
Work with purchasing to assist with the accurate processingof purchase orders to vendors.
Work cross functionally with Manufacturing plants and Engineering to adapt to product changes, ensuring that parts manuals and part numbers in the system are kept current.
Create and maintain renewal parts kits for ease of customer ordering.
Expedite parts orders with internal and external vendors
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED and minimum 3 years of sales experience in a customer service environment OR
Associates degree and minimum 1 year of sales experience in a customer service environment OR
Bachelor’s Degree
SKILLS / CERTIFICATIONS:
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially the use of MS Word and Excel.
Demonstrated Customer Service Skills
Detail Oriented
Strong Mechanical aptitude and Dodge product knowledge.
3+ years of experience with Dodge preferred.
SAP knowledge
