McConway & Torley, LLC, an Arcosa Company business, is a leading manufacturer of railcar coupling devices in North America is searching for a Equipment Operator in our Kutztown, PA Plant

Our Equipment Operator is part of a team that’s motivated to do a great job. As an Equipment Operator, you’ll operate production equipment to clean or finish product surfaces. The Equipment Operator also sets-up and maintains equipment.

What You'll do:

• Operate one piece of automated blast system equipment


• Assist qualified operators


• Follow all safety rules and practices


• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives


• Clean up sand when applicable


• Perform other duties as assigned


• Must be available to work either shift and overtime as necessary

What you'll need:

• Must be able to maintain the process of blasting castings and machine


• Must be able to work with limited supervision


• Attendance is highly important


• Perform standard AM checklist


• Report any issues in regards to blast operation directly to supervisor

Internal Candidate will be trained over a period of time and assume full job responsibilities up complete vacancy of position
