Job Description



Overview

Job Description: The Environmental Services Supervisor coordinates the activities of assigned Environmental Services/Linen Distribution staff to ensure that assigned areas are properly cleaned and maintained in accordance with standards of quality and safety. Teaches in-service programs for Technicians I and II.

Qualifications/Education/Licensure: High school graduate or equivalent. A minimum of three years experience as an Environmental Services Technician II. Excellent customer service skills. Prefer certification through the Association for the Health Care Environment (AHE) or ability to achieve such designation within one year.
