Process Improvement Manager - FinTech - REMOTE at Inmar, Inc. in Winston Salem, North Carolina

Position Summary:

Execute the highest priority improvement projects needed in the organization Operate with independence and objectivity while leading efforts to develop and implement Process Improvements, Change Management and standardization of business processes. Design and administer programs, policies, and procedures according to company and client specifications to ensure objectives are achieved. Develop and maintain tools, metrics, and reporting to monitor compliance, success and sustainability of new or enhanced business processes and standards. Support operations and cross-functional teams in developing procedures, training programs and metrics to support business and system changes.

Primary Accountabilities:

Operational (60%)


  • Execute tasks as appropriate within each process improvement project


  • Operate with independence and objectivity while leading efforts to develop and implement Process Improvements and standardization of business processes 


  • Design and administer programs, policies, and procedures according to company and client specifications to ensure objectives are achieved


  • Responsible for tracking all department KPI’s for reporting 


Strategic (40%)


  • Identify, prioritize, lead the execution of process improvement opportunities


  • Develop and maintain tools, metrics, and reporting to monitor adoption, compliance, success and sustainability of new or enhanced business processes and standards


  • Identify process gaps and/or challenges within existing or new processes; work with internal partners to close gaps and/or address challenges 


  • Regularly communicate new process improvement opportunities and updates on current initiatives to leaders


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree / MBA a plus


  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certified


  • 5-8 years related work experience in a client services role, experience in process improvement, a plus; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position


  • Computer literacy with a statistical package such as Minitab, JMP, SPSS, or demonstrated ability to perform any statistical work needed through excel.


  • Ability to concisely explain complex concepts to managers and associates


  • Ability to develop strong business relationships within client services and other Inmar teams


  • Be a proactive and entrepreneurial individual who will initiate action and achieve results in a changing environment


  • Excellent creative instincts, a deep understanding of technology, and strong project management skills.


  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Competent in Salesforce


  • Advanced Beginner iSeries


  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Fintech/financial products, services and tools
