Wood Programs, Inc. (WPI) is seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our team in Durham, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Quality Inspector for progress of on going tasks
Review and verify project deliverables including, but not limited to, invoices, proposals, reports, schedules for completeness and proper filing
Verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness.
Use a thorough knowledge of an operations and maintenance operations to: Ensures compliance with local state and national code requirements, industry best practices, company policies, and procedures
Supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by ensuring quality of delivery.
Skills / Qualifications
Must have a minimum 10 years' experience in quality control; reviewing plans and specifications for Task Orders, review of plans established by estimating staff, and performing a final review of the work performed
Must have a minimum five (5) years of Project Management experience be proficient in Microsoft Office software which includes: Outlook, MS Word, Excel, project and Access
Must be knowledgeable in the execution and operation of Facility maintenance tasks, systems and components
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to review and edit project documents.
Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate effective organization skills to track progress of multiple skill being executed simultaneously
Must have High School Diploma
