We are looking for a talented Health, Safety, and Environmental Leader to join our team specializing in logistics and warehousing in Memphis, TN (2 sites).

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Influence the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Culture


• Maintain an effective HSE Management System including external certification for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001


• Ensure HSE Regulatory Compliance


• Participate in the coordination of the emergency preparedness and response plan


• Measure and Evaluate HSE Performance


• Coach and develop HSE teams

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Significant relevant experience required, including management of health, safety and/or environmental ISO Standards required. At least 5 years of professional experience, with 1-2 years management experience.


• College, university, or equivalent degree in Occupational Health, Safety or Environmental required. Progress toward Certified Safety Professional (CSP), NEBOSH or similar certification preferred.


• Very strong collaboration skills


• Strong leadership skills

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
