ERP Process Leader at Griffith Foods in ALSIP, Illinois

Job Description:

Location: Hybrid (Alsip, IL & Home)

Summary: To implement a new OneGriffith ERP Program in Griffith Foods Units Worldwide.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• The OneGriffith ERP Process Leader Manufacturing will be responsible for being the liaison between the user community and the technical team.


• Lead business process mapping sessions, develop process improvements using industry wide best practices related to Microsoft Dynamics D365FO within Product/FG item Setup, Routings Management, Formulas, MRP Master Schedule for Finish Goods, Production Control, Production Execution and related Tablet apps.


• Design, test and implement ERP system configuration.


• Prepare user procedures and other project documentation.


• Manage OneGriffith ERP key user group, as facilitator and leader for system enhancements within assigned function.


• Train OneGriffith ERP system key users and on-going support to the Organization.


• Drive change management initiatives and the required business transformation.


• Commit to achieving the project timeline and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in the assigned functional area.


• 3+ years’ experience in the functional area assigned.


• Prior large scale ERP implementation experience is a plus.


• ERP Certification or an advanced degree is a plus.


• Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.


• 25%+ travel is required.
