Job Description:

The Geospatial Technical Targeter identifies entities of interest that address intelligence gaps and/or mission objectives. The work is accomplished through the application of methodologies and tools used to identify, extract, and analyze operationally relevant information.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• TS/SCI with Polygraph




• 8 years of related experience




• 3 or more years of targeting-related work experience




• Analyzes all-source intelligence to identify individuals, networks, organizations of interest, and proposes avenues of operational access to targets 




• Identifies operational approaches and support field elements to advance operational, intelligence, technical, or mission objectives




• Knowledge of collection capabilities related to complex geographic or functional areas or issues




• Knowledge of relevant US regulatory and policy issues related to operation activities




• Awareness of Counterintelligence (CI) and CI environments 




• Experience working with SIGINT




• Exposure to geospatial tools and libraries (e.g. Oracle Spatial, PostGIS, Netezza), and experience working with telecommunication protocols (802.11, CDMA, GSM, UMTS) is desirable
