The Position:
We are seeking an individual to join our post-harvest team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have the ability to work quickly and efficiently with their hands in a fun, fast paced, strictly regulated environment.

Responsibilities:
Product harvest setup and breakdownHanging and drying of harvestBucking harvested productAccurately and consistently trim marijuanaMaintain a clean, sanitary and safe environmentComplying with all state regulations and company standard practices and proceduresAssist others as needed with daily tasks
Qualifications:
Experience in high volume packaging preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentCapable of frequent, repetitive, and fast hand movementsAble to accurately follow specific direction in a strictly regulated facilityAbility to read and write in EnglishExcellent time management skillsExcellent organization skills and high attention to detailExcellent work ethic, reliability and professionalismHave genuine and positive energy
