Endeavor Schools has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Human Resources Business Partner based in Dallas! The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a hands-on consultant on human-resources related matters while developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition and retention practices.

Essential Tasks:

• Partners with leaders to support recruitment and onboarding efforts.


• Contributes to an effective talent acquisition process by ensuring clear and detailed job descriptions are in place and serving as a recruitment partner to hiring managers (leveraging internal and external recruiting resources and assisting in the recruiting of candidates for key positions).


• Implements strategic talent acquisition strategies to identify and hire qualified candidates. Builds partnerships with schools and other sources to create a pipeline of candidates.


• Seeks opportunities to optimize the employee experience by implementing strategic initiatives


• Provides guidance and counseling to leaders on staffing and termination decisions, performance management processes, and career development plans for all employees.


• Collaborates with internal partners during onboarding and offboarding of employees


• Advises employees on resolutions for specific issues related to compensation, benefit programs, policies and procedures, and other human resources related matters.


• Manages complex employee relation issues; ensuring proper investigation, documentation, and follow-up as needed.


• Counsels leaders on understanding and resolving employee-related issues and works with them to create, implement, and identify appropriate solutions.


• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.


• Provides recommendations and prepares proposals for new and/or improved practices based on company needs and government regulatory changes.


• Gathers information on employee feelings about factors that affect employee morale, motivation, and efficiency, and assists in implementing possible solutions to increase employee engagement.


• Supports the development and submission of applicable regulatory reports and analysis of human resources metrics.


• Identifies potential work hazards and addresses them to reduce work-related accidents and injuries.


• Assists in the management and delivery of HR-related projects as needed.
