ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Programs are a strong part of the track and OTB's day to day racing activity. Working in Programs, one must properly distribute and update race information as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required. Experience in customer service and banking/ money handling preferred. Must possess strong communication skills, be flexible and detail oriented. Ability to read and write; basic computer knowledge; mathematic skills; knowledge of horse racing terms, betting and programs. Must be able to obtain an Indiana Horse Racing License.

Indiana Grand Racing & Casino is a smoking establishment, therefore must be able to work in a smoking environment. Must be able to work in a highly populated fast-paced and noisy environment.
