Description:

Trinity Health at Home has a need for a Full-time Home Health Aide/Certified nursing Assistant based out of our Philadelphia Branch. This position will service the greater Philadelphia Area.
Responsibilities include: assisting the sick, disabled, and infirm at home by rendering personal care, light housekeeping, and related services necessary to maintain a safe and healthy environment.


Requirements include: High School education or equivalent GED, with active CNA licensure in PA. Must have active drivers license and car with insurance.
