Job Title:  Voice of Retail Intern 
 
Reports to:  Global DTC Communications and Training Manager 
 
Location:  Remote  
 

The Role 

The Voice of Retail Intern will create content to promote and elevate Deckers Retail through strategic internal and external communications. As the Voice of Retail Intern, you will design and execute a global communication campaign which includes the creation of live videos, interviews, testimonials, and creative media featuring our retail store team members. The final content will be leveraged in internal presentations and company-wide communications, as well as shared on select social sites such as Deckers Brands Instagram and LinkedIn.  

By elevating Deckers Retail through strategic internal and external communications, you will help increase the presence of the channel and foster connection to Retail’s accomplishments and culture. Further, in promoting Deckers Retail externally, you will help elevate Deckers as a company and capture the interest of potential future candidates.

Your Impact  

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to: 

• Create a video campaign plan that outlines that outline content goals, deliverables, and timelines. 




• Conduct and gather key content in person and remotely including: video interviews, testimonials, live streams, store walkthroughs, and images.  

• Deliver edited final content with the internal team and share through key social media sites. 

Create a playbook that provides a framework and content strategy for Deckers to continue the project after the project.
