JOB Summary 

The Manager is responsible for the strategic, operational, and service relationships with multiple Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) within Worksite Operations. Evaluate and administer contract terms that maintain our organization's brand integrity while leveraging partners' resources.  Collaborate with partners to present a unified solution to mutual clients.  Coordinate communications with partners and ensures all deliverables are met according to service level agreements.  The incumbent may support the evaluation of new relationships and facilitate contract negotiations including service level agreements, penalties, and reporting.

Responsibilities 


  • Own and drive TPA business relationships, including appropriate vetting of new TPAs through necessary channels

  • Organize and facilitate meetings between Third Parties and business areas as needed to identify and evaluate SLAs, compliance and risk audits, and prioritization of escalations and projects

  • Ensure TPA execution of services, technology, and work products align with expectations

  • Develop strategies and goals for the development and management of key TPA accounts; establish methods for measuring TPA effectiveness and efficiency

  • Handle invoicing and tracking for all Worksite Operations TPAs

  • Develop and execute proper reconciliation processes to ensure proper invoicing

  • Collaborate with peers and other stakeholders to drive execution of goals

  • Onsite visits may be required as needed (either to Chubb or TPA offices)

Skills

Education and Experience 


  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Insurance industry experience encouraged

  • 5+ years of TPA/relationship management experience
