The Digital Services Solutions Leader for Microgrid & Prefabrication Data Centers is the bond that marries excellence in service operations with the strategic execution of Schneider Electric's Digital Services vision for microgrid and prefabricated data center applications. While leading a service operations team toward flawless and continuously improving experiences for our service customers externally, this individual simultaneously serves as a thought leader and champion of microgrid & prefab services strategy within the greater services organization.
Responsibilities Include:

Leads microgrid and prefab services strategy execution.

Maintains and continuously improves microgrid and prefab services quality program.

Manages organization of service operations specialists (project managers, field project managers, quality assurance).

Owns operational responsibility for microgrid and prefab service contracts portfolio performance.

Validates upstream sales pipeline , proposals, and tenders.

Provides operational input to sales specification and approval processes.

Represents the microgrid and prefab services business to the greater organization, key partners, and affiliated businesses to ensure alignment on needs, strategy, and performance.

Position Objectives:

Drive positive customer and partner Net Satisfaction Scores (NSS).

Achieve and continuously improve quality targets for service delivery (key customer performance indicators).

Manage microgrid and prefab services contracts portfolio to financial performance targets.

Identify and implement improvements to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.

Represent the customer and operations teams with a voice to raise and promote ideas for new and better ways of accomplishing strategic outcomes.

Required Skills:

• Strong practical and application of skill and knowledge of critical infrastructure systems (UPS, generator, electrical distribution, cooling, fire suppression, infrastructure monitoring/management, etc.)
• Critical environments operations management (data center, microgrid)
• Technical understanding and communication to peers/management and client POCs
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Teams, SharePoint, Word, Project, and Excel
• Ability to lead others directly (manager) and indirectly (peer, subject matter expert)
• Customer-focused mindset. Ability to understand customer goals and assist them in arriving at desired outcomes.
• P&L / financial acumen
• Strong technical expertise (critical infrastructure systems and services; facility management) w/ digital technology bent
• Field Service Experience
• Process and procedural development
• Strategic thinking

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with building management, data center infrastructure management, remote monitoring applications
• Interest in software and process automation
• Entrepreneurial mindset

Education or Equivalent Experience Required:

• 7 years experience in mission critical environments management / critical facilities management
• B.S. Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar. MBA preferred

Location and Travel Requirements:

• Located in United States
• Estimated travel ~20% (North America)
