What do you get to do in this position?

The Sr. Kronos Analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting Kronos application and hardware solutions into Schneider environment.

The Sr. Kronos Analyst will utilize the defined implementation process and will efficiently manage the customer and internal Kronos resources to meet the established milestones, ensuring targeted completion dates are achieved. Typically, this position works in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution (Time & Attendance and Payroll, for example), as well as product integration, and/or custom solutions. The position requires experience with Kronos.


  • Work in a team environment implementing and supporting Kronos software in accordance to pay policies, Attendance policies and Labor Cost Management
  • Work closely with the HR and IT to complete tasks delegated by the Project Managers in support and integrate system implementation: Acquisitions, Divestitures, New Add
  • Perform business rule analysis
  • Configure software application
  • Conduct application orientation for customers
  • Analyze enhanced requirements and create process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications
  • Understand, support and configure pay policies, accruals, scheduler, attestation and attendance with varying levels of complexities
  • Consult with customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures
  • Communicate and escalate where appropriate with customers in a timely and professional manor
  • Escalate Product Issues when all avenues of resolution are exhausted
  • Will look to enhance the effectiveness of the position by instilling into the work environment efficiencies and tools that can be used by Kronos to better service our customers
  • Key measurements for success will include, but not be limited, to the following: Successful systems implementation, Completing tasks within budget hours, Customer Satisfaction

  • Kronos Workforce Central or Experience with Kronos 8.0 a plus
