  • Own the services offers performance, positioning, and pricing
  • Define and bring to life a best-in-class experience with Field Services and maintenance for our customers
  • Lead voice of countries and customers
  • Create partnerships and alliances with external companies
  • Develop a strong partnership with internal stakeholders to enable growth and provide value to customers
  • Find, hire, and retain talent
  • Be accountable for the success of direct reports, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to help them develop professionally as well as achieve their delivery goals
  • Actively participate in setting team objectives & ensure they are met

On September 9, 2021, U.S. Executive Order 14042 was issued, requiring all who are working in connection with federal contracts to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or have a company-approved medical or religious exemption. Since the Order was issued, the District Court of Georgia has placed a legal hold on the Mandate's vaccine requirements in all states nationwide. As such, the vaccine requirements of the Mandate and the Policy are currently on HOLD for U.S. employees, partners, and vendors. If the legal hold is overturned, we will resume the process to comply with the Mandate and Policy and all Schneider Electric U.S.-based employees will be required to show proof of vaccination or have a company-approved medical or religious exemption. We will continue to monitor and comply with the legal decisions regarding the Mandate and adjust our Policy accordingly. Independent of the legal hold, we will continue to comply with customer vaccination requirements.

Desired skills & experience


  • 10 years of experience product management for Services offers in a digital/industrial environment including 5 years in a client facing direct leadership role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
  • Passion for engaging with customers and channel partners to identifying new opportunities and improve the customer's experience
  • Critical thinking & analytical skills and the ability to make informed & fast decisions
  • Ability to navigate and understand a multicultural business environment
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, collaborative and open to travel as needed (~30% travel required, domestic and international)
  • Experience in large scale product development desirable
  • Experience managing remote employees and/or offices in multiple time zones
  • Experience in Building Automation is a plus

Preferred location: Andover, USA / Lund, Sweden / Montréal, Canada. Flexibility for Schneider Electric European hubs (Paris, Grenoble, etc)
